AV Bike Rentals — please read carefully before booking.
1. A valid original Driving License and a government photo ID (Aadhaar/Passport) must be submitted at pickup and will be held during the rental period. 2. Minimum age for Royal Enfield rental is 21 years; for scooty, 18 years. 3. Renter is responsible for all traffic fines, challans, and damages during the rental period. 4. Fuel is not included — bike is handed over with a certain fuel level and must be returned at the same level or fuel charges apply. 5. Helmets are provided and must be worn at all times; helmet damage/loss will be charged. 6. A security deposit (cash or card hold) may be collected at pickup, refundable on safe return. 7. The bike must not be taken outside the agreed route/region without prior permission. 8. In case of breakdown, contact us immediately on WhatsApp for roadside support — do not attempt repairs yourself.
1. Bike must be returned at the agreed date and time at the agreed location. 2. Late returns are charged at an additional half-day or full-day rate depending on delay. 3. Bike will be inspected for damages, missing parts, or excess wear at the time of return. 4. Any damage beyond normal wear will be deducted from the security deposit; cost exceeding the deposit must be paid by the renter. 5. Fuel tank must be at the same level as pickup, or fuel top-up charges will apply. 6. Security deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of a clean, on-time return. 7. In case of theft or major accident, the renter must inform us immediately and file a police report; renter bears liability as per the rental agreement signed at pickup.
